Come help us celebrate our 6 month anniversary with a free community class! Class will begin at 8am, bring a mat or use one of ours. Buti Yoga combines dynamic yoga poses, tribal dance, cardio and strength training into one amazing workout. No experience necessary! This class will be for all levels, especially beginners. We want to welcome you into our space, invite you to share in this soulful movement practice and experience the positive energy it creates in your mind, body and soul. Light refreshments to follow.
We are excited to announce that we will be bringing our first summer camp to the studio. This camp will be for girls ages 13 and up. Each day, we will begin with a movement practice, such as Buti Yoga, Vinyasa, and more. Following our practice, we will discuss and explore current issues most teen girls are dealing with everyday including body image, self-esteem, social media, and healthy habits. All attendees will receive a t-shirt, journal and a free class to use at the studio. Class is 5 days, 12-3pm. Cost per teen is $185
Summer has arrived! Let’s celebrate the Solstice with a Buti Glow Party. Class will be 75 minutes of dynamic flow, cardio bursts, strength conditioning and tribal dance. Come at 8pm and use our glow paints to turn yourself into a warrior. Class will begin at 8:30pm. Paints and class included in price. Members receive discount with code. $20 per person
This is an event you do not want to miss. Join us as Brad Ellsworth brings live drumming to our studio. Brad has over 25 years of drumming experience and is a certified yoga instructor. Together we will fuse drumming and yoga as we focus on the movement. Members are free for this event, all others are $20.
Curious about this practice? This is the perfect workshop for you! We will begin 45 by discussing the what’s, why’s and how’s of Buti Yoga. We will walk through specific asanas and learn the spiral structure technique used in this practice. The workshop will end with a 45 minute beginner Buti class.
Join us for a collective class taught by Sara, Kelby and Heather! Sara will start us off with Buti Yoga, cardio intensive primal movements combined with yoga asanas. Kelby will transition us into a power vinyasa flow, hitting some peak poses. Heather will close out class with Deep, a restorative practice that focuses on the core.
